It's important for women to know that inward beauty is not only what we see in ourselves, but also how we feel about ourselves. This is the type of beauty that shines from within. It’s the feeling of being comfortable in your own skin, and knowing that you are enough.
In our current society, outward appearance is often seen as more important than inward beauty. We are constantly told to do this and do that to make us more beautiful or handsome. We are told to change our hair, wear certain clothes and makeup, get a facelift or a nose job - all for the sake of looking better.

It's time for us to redefine what is considered beautiful in our society today.  We need to start appreciating people who have more natural features. People who don't have the perfect body and who don't know how to apply makeup flawlessly should also be appreciated.

It’s important for women to know that beauty is not something that we can change, but we can change how we think about ourselves. This is a lesson many of us learnt the hard way. People who are considered “beautiful” are seen as having it all together while those who are not considered beautiful are seen as being less successful. They are seen as  not having any other redeeming qualities. The reality is that, beauty is created from within.

Inward beauty is defined as having a positive attitude. It is also seen as being open to new opportunities and as having an authentic personality that people would love to have around. If you enjoy small things like taking a walk outside or enjoying a good meal with friends and people can actually tell you lead a happy and healthy life, then you are inwardly beautiful.

How to Turn Your Inward Beauty to outward Beauty

Inward beauty has nothing to do with how much makeup you put on, if you're not feeling good about yourself, it'll definitely show in your appearance. It's important to take care of yourself from inside out. Self-love and healthy living are key parts of feeling good about ourselves. Stress relief is also an important part of feeling beautiful. Stress can show up on the face and make you look older than you actually are. People are becoming more obsessed with how others view them. This makes it especially difficult for women to live up to standard. So for you to feel beautiful, you need to love yourself first and to always remind yourself  how beautiful you are inside out.
